Break the Circle
Are you tired of walking in the same circle in the life you have been living? I have heard it said that, "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results". A "Worldy" saying no doubt, but lets see what the Word of God says! Are you a Christian? (excepted Jesus in your heart) If so then, living in the "World" will not change your life!! Period!! As a Christian, we are not of this "World" and our "Mind" must be renewed to the Word of God.
Jesus said in John 17:16 - They are not of the world, even as I am not of it. Also in Romans 12:2 - Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
A relationship with Jesus and daily Bible reading will help us see the Lord's plan for our lives and to know as a child of God how much He loves us, wants to help us, even see our plans succeed. Jeremiah 29:11 - For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the LORD, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.
You see, we are the "Branches" and the Lord is the "Vine". Only when we remain in Him do our minds, hearts, thoughts and actions change!!!!
John 15:1-5 Says, - [ Jesus Is the Vine—Followers Are Branches ] " I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine, so neither can you unless you abide in Me. I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing.
So how do we truly change our lives and break the circle?? We have a relationship with Jesus and know the Word of God!! (Bible)
( I have been in that "circle". As I come to know Jesus and the Word more and more I find this is where I truly belong, in the Vine!!) All Praise and Glory to my Savior & Lord, Jesus Christ!!! |
